Working Girl

Happy Sunday, hope you’ve all had a marvellous week and are looking forward to heading off to work/school/college in the morning, unless you’re one of those lucky ones off on holiday or home from university and can lounge around watching multiple seasons of Netflix! How student life has it’s perks sometimes!

If you are headed to work, you’re not the only one and after having a few commitments this week where I’ve had to look semi-professional (temp work, interviews and such like) I put together this blog post with a few of my go-to pieces that make me look all nice and smart and grown-up (sort of).

Shirt – New Look

Trousers – ASOS

Bag – River Island (Similar)

Heels – Primark (Similar)

I feel I should state that I didn’t actually wear these exact ones to my interviews/work, but I left my nice heeled boots in York so these were my best substitute at home (although I wouldn’t dream of wearing them that high! So I’ve linked similar ones and here’s some that seem a bit more appropriate ((here, here and pumps here)) but still do great things for one’s legs!).

I’d love to know you’re opinions on this look and any nice go-to pieces you guys wear!

Good luck tomorrow, hope you all have a great week!

It looks amazing! I love your shirt and I wouldn't be able to walk in these heels, haha. I would sprain my ankle or something :)-Leta | The Nerdy Me

Thanks so much Leta! God me too! I could barely get across the patio without falling, god knows how I used to wear them out!
